2. Most of the pricing is inclusive of freight charges from london to Malaysia. Please double confirm this when placing orders.
3.Order enquiries will only be process thru email / FB inbox to prevent from miscommunication.Please email for an official price quote.
4. All enquires will be follow up with a quotation, inclusive of estimated freight charges and delivery time.
5.Upon an order confirmation , customer needs to make full payment for the order to be process and an invoice and delivery note will be email upon receiving the payment.

Book Ordering
1. All prices for our books are inclusive of freight charges from London to our hub in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia.
2. No extra charges will be imposed for self pickups from our hub.( details will be given upon order confirmation)
3. Pos laju can be arrange to virtually anywhere in Malaysia at an additional cost.
4. Some of the titles that we have, may be out of stock at certain times. We shall notify regularly in our facebook .Therefore, we strongly suggest you to join us in our facebook
5. We will pre-inform the titles that will be release in the following month. Those that register for the pre-release titles will get special pricing as compared to the normal retail price.
6. Normally only ordered books will be send to Malaysia. However, occasionally, we will send extra copies of the 'popular' book title. Please enquire to check on the price and availability of each titles. Price may change from time to time.
